All plumbing services are performed by independently licensed and insured plumbing contractors who are solely responsible for the work performed.
No Guarantee of Availability or Pricing
Same-day service, specific appointment windows, and pricing are subject to contractor availability, scope of work, and site conditions, and are not guaranteed. Final pricing is provided by the assigned contractor before work begins.
Discount Terms and Exclusions
Advertised discounts, including the free plumbing inspection, $50 off plumbing repairs, $250 off a new water heater, and membership discounts for AAA, Costco, Sam's Club, and Lowe's members, cannot be combined with other offers, may require membership verification, must be mentioned at the time of the call, and are subject to change or withdrawal without notice.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vmeus LLC is not liable for any damages arising from plumbing work performed by an independently licensed contractor, delays in dispatch, or reliance on information presented on this site.
Indemnification
Use of this site or its referral service constitutes agreement to indemnify and hold harmless Vmeus LLC from claims arising out of that use, except where prohibited by law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
